Based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Walter's is the region's only producer of certified organic and traditionally long fermented sourdough and granola. Walter's bakes by hand for customers large and small - supplying independent grocers, restaurants, hotels, cafes and food retailers with a truly authentic product that is genuinely good for you. All Walter's sourdoughs are fermented over three days using only certified organic flours - meaning that many of the gut issues generated by standard baking or fast fermented products are completely eliminated. Our production method also delivers that real sourdough bite! Our artisan granola is then stone baked using the residual heat of our ovens, creating a rich flavour that our customers use as a cereal on its own or as a topping on yoghurts and through their favourite recipes. Walter's has extensive geographic reach and can supply domestic and export customers with a variety of different shelf lives on products (from fresh to 9 months).
