Born from the vision to bring a quality, locally produced pasta to New York City, Sfoglini realised this vision in 2012.
Experimenting with unique ingredients and partnerships to create new and original pastas, Sfoglini’s range includes a tomato leaf pasta collaboration, an organic hemp pasta selection and an innovative beer pasta made with grain milled from the Bronx Brewery.
In addition to creating these signature pastas, Sfoglini’s more traditional offerings include a range of organic durum semolina pastas along with a selection of New York State grain pastas made with organic rye, spelt, wholegrain, emmer and einkorn flours.
Sfoglini also produces a line of seasonal pastas using fresh, local ingredients from New York City farms and green markets available in fresh or dried versions.
