Starting out as PowerKraut in 2014, Gaga’s is an Australian family-run business creating a range of wild cultured food provisions, including kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut and apple cider vinegar.
Gaga’s believes that food should be produced naturally and understands the importance of consuming nutrient-rich, nourishing food.
By harnessing the art of fermentation, Gaga’s uses only local Australian fruit and vegetables that have been transformed by the addition of beneficial, gut-friendly cultures.
Gaga’s sources fruit and vegetable ingredients located within a 3 hour proximity of its kitchen, using natural fermentation processes to create its fermented food range.
All Gaga’s fermented products are unpasteurised, plant based and living.
