Meal delivery systems offer solutions where meals are plated and delivered from the kitchen and held ready for delivery. Meal delivery systems have two sections, one side hot food and the other for cold food. This avoids cross contamination and stores the food in an ideal environment. Other systems are heated and ambient where food is held ready for regeneration (rethermalisation) prior to service.

Used in larger institutions from hospitals, nursing homes, correctional facilities and other facilities utilising cook-serve and cook-chill methods.

The heated/chilled meal delivery system comprises of a main heating and cooling unit, meal cassette trolley and some models use a docking station type of system. Meal delivery systems can be monitored through a computer system to notify of any issues with the equipment and keeping the unit at top performance. Meal delivery systems can be combined with automatic guided vehicles (AGV’s) to provide an automated system. Select from leading companies for meal delivery systems to suit your application.
