Commercial Blanching Equipment
Blanching equipment is equipment designed to blanch (sub-merge) or through the use of steam to expose large amounts of product to high temperatures for short intervals. The blanching effectively inactivates enzyme and bacteria function to keep a high quality product, the process also releases gas and air from the product which is effective against bacteria growth.
